A Midlands based radio show brings up the topic of organised car & bike theft in Birmingham. On the show a local self-appointed biker vigilante nick named "Handmuffwarrior" hopes to stop and bring these gangs to justice. However on the other hand the car thief dubbed "Mr Dingers" (Dingers being slang for a stolen car), has amassed big following on the social network Instagram, where he posts videos driving the cars he and others gang members have stolen, surprisingly even some videos where they are in the victims house searching for keys..
